iHeart; 7 Links – A Blog Post Resurrection Party
This is a blog challenge I stumbled across and thought I would pass it along to you. The idea is to dig up seven goodies from your archives and share them in one post. You can provide a small blurb about each of the links, if you like, telling your readers a little about it, like why you think a particular post was the most fun to write, for example. I hope you enjoy your trip down memory lane, as this will be a blast from the past for some of you long time bloggers!
Suggested guidelines to follow:
- Post the your 7 links on your blog (link back to this post please)
- Comment this post with a link to YOUR post
- Be kind! Read & comment each of the 7 links shared by other bloggers
The 7 Links
- Your first post: I must admit that I have deleted several of my earlier posts due to the fact that when I began blogging, I had NO CLUE what I was doing and I lacked direction and theme. So, I am sharing with you the earliest dated post instead, certain that it was not my first but, sure you will understand how random my posts were once you read it. I give you… My Dog Sandler.
- A post you enjoyed writing the most: Now THIS is going to be difficult as I LOVE writing and have found such happiness in everything I pen, even the sad stuff. So, of the many posts that I have enjoyed writing, I share with you a little rhyme I wrote for my mischievous nephews titled, Wooden Castles. I hope you like it!
- A post which had a great discussion: There have been several that have driven a lot of comments but this post, How Far Back Can You Remember? brought in some interesting replies and even inspired some wonderful posts! I hope those of you who missed it will take this opportunity to share your earliest memories with me!
- A post on someone else’s blog that you wish you’d written: Anything the brilliant Mohana Das pens!
- Your most helpful post: I’d have to say it would be my Free Write Friday posts. Anything that inspires a person to pick up the pen is awesome in my opinion!
- A post with a title that you are proud of: That would be my poem titled “Magic in the Backyard”, because it has lead to the creation of my blog and now, my very first book of the same title. However, I cannot share it with you because it is being published (of course) so I will share my second favorite titled, Shot Down With Budweiser … caution! lol!
- A post that you wish more people had read: KarCASHian…nuff said.
I hope you enjoyed rummaging through my archives! I hope you found something you liked!
Looking forward to my chance at peaking in your closet!

Smart idea. Linking seven posts is a great way of publicising good poems.
I read all of your post. It was great to read them. Really Enjoyed Wooden Castles

I am having issues on my blog, it suddenly does not like to highlight my links. yesterday it eraced an an entire post and i had to re-write, and it just wasn’t the same the second time around, you know how it goes. Anyway i hope this is not too much of a pain in the kiester.
btw i loved that tour through your blog Kellie, very tingly
Loved taking a tour of your writing. It is amazing what you can discover when you look back. I might tackle this at some point.
this is a cool idea, and was a great way to explore your blog a bit!
